Franklin Fueling Systems Environmental Monitoring System
Franklin Fueling Systems Environmental Monitoring System (TS-EMS) can perform in-station diagnostic vapor recovery (VRM) and secondary containment monitoring (SCM) and interface to an existing tank gauge. The TS-EMS is a standalone ISD system, approved by the California Air Resources Board (EC VR-202). With the TS-EMS, customers can meet the California ISD requirements without having to replace their existing tank monitor. Dispenser based disabling allows only the affected dispenser to shut down, keeping the rest of the station up and running in the event of and ISD alarm. Ethernet-ready, web-based remote access provides the user with remote access to VRM status information, reports and alarm information using any web browser. Users can create custom rules to send emails and text messages on alarms and events directly from the console to service and compliance personnel. The gauge includes a user-friendly touch screen interface with icon-based navigation and the scalable open architecture allows for easy and cost-saving future upgrades.
